PAYMENT

CASH AND CHECK IS ALWAY PREFERRED FOR SERVICES. THERE WILL BE CREDIT/DEBIT OPTION FOR RETAIL. THERE WILL BE A $3 SERVICE FEE ADDED ON TO PEOPLE PAYING WITH CARD.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

I REQUIRE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. 50% CHARGE WILL BE DUE IMMEDIATELY. YOU WILL START TO GET TEXT REMINDERS 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE CONFIRM SO YOUR SPOT IS HELD. ANY LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS IN THE SAME DAY WILL RESULT IN 100% CHARGE.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

THIS WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE. IF THERE IS NO CARD ON FILE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY 100% PAYMENT TO REBOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND TO KEEP ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. 

TARDY & RUNNING LATE

THERE WILL BE A 5 MIN GRACE PERIOD ON APPOINTMENTS GOING FORWARD TO ASSURE I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PERFORM THE SERVICE SCHEDULED. IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 5 MIN LATE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO REBOOK SO I CAN REMAIN ON TIME FOR OTHER CLIENTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE TIME BOOKED WITHOUT SERVICE.

RESCHEDULING

REBOOKING IS THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE A SPOT. REBOOKING MUST BE DONE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT AND DON'T SECURE A TIME, THE TIME MAY BE FILLED AND YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO OPEN.

**Failure to pay for your time you reserved according to all policies will result in termination of being a client at the studio.**

 STUDIO GUIDELINES

 

-If you are not feeling well, experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 we will reschedule your appointment to when you are feeling better. THIS GOES FOR ANY TYPE OF SICKNESS NOT JUST COVID. I WORK DIRECTLY IN YOUR FACE.

- If you have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19 like symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

-Please wait in your car or outside until your exact appointment time. I will text or call you to come in sooner if possible when the previous guest has left and I have disinfected the area before you come in.  This is not just a COVID guideline, I don't have a waiting room so it helps avoid people waiting in the hallway. (If you arrive early feel free to text me and I will let you know when its okay to come in.) 

 

PLEASE wear a mask  during your appointment. It is not required in the building and entering the room just before I'm about to work in your face. I will remove the mask and put back on for a lip wax at the end of the service. Thank you for respecting my space!

 

- CHILDREN Please make your appointment accordingly. I share a hallway with services that require a quiet workspace. The studio isn't a great place for young children. 

- Sanitation   ANY form of sanitation is preferred in the studio, hand washing, or the hand sanitizer that I provide when you walk in.
