CANCELLATION POLICY

I REQUIRE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. YOU WILL GET TEXTS STARTING 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

THIS WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE ON THE CARD ON FILE. IF THERE IS NO CARD ON FILE WILL REQUIRE A 50% PAYMENT TO REBOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. LATE ARRIVALS MAY BE ASKED TO REBOOK FOR A DIFFERENT TIME.

RESCHEDULING

REBOOKING IS THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE A SPOT. REBOOKING MUST BE DONE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT AND DON'T SECURE A TIME, THE TIME MAY BE FILLED AND YOU MAY HAVE TO BE PUT BACK ON A CANCELLATION/WAITLIST.

STATE GUIDELINES

 

-If you are not feeling well, experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 we will reschedule your appointment to when you are feeling better.

- If you have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19 like symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

-Please wait in your car or outside until your appointment. I will text or call you to come in when the previous guest has left and I have safely disinfected the area before you come in.  

(If you arrive early feel free to text me and I will let you know when its safe to come in.) 

 

-You must wear a mask at all times in the building and during your appointment.

 

-At this time, NO CHILDREN or FRIENDS are to come with you to your appointment and if they do they must wait outside. 

 

-Must wash hands on arrival 

 

-no hugging/physical touch 

 

-Please limit what you bring into the studio, only essentials, phone and wallet. 

 

I have made all appointments to a half hour so there is plenty of time to give you some awesome brows, chit chat, checkout and cleaning time!
