THIS WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE. IF THERE IS NO CARD ON FILE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY 100% PAYMENT TO REBOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND TO KEEP ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
TARDY & RUNNING LATE
THERE WILL BE A 5 MIN GRACE PERIOD ON APPOINTMENTS GOING FORWARD TO ASSURE I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PERFORM THE SERVICE SCHEDULED. IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 5 MIN LATE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO REBOOK TO REMAIN ON TIME FOR OTHER CLIENTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE TIME BOOKED.
REBOOKING IS THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE A SPOT. REBOOKING MUST BE DONE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT AND DON'T SECURE A TIME, THE TIME MAY BE FILLED AND YOU MAY HAVE TO BE PUT BACK ON A CANCELLATION/WAITLIST.

-If you are not feeling well, experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 we will reschedule your appointment to when you are feeling better.
- If you have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19 like symptoms please reschedule your appointment.
-Please wait in your car or outside until your appointment. I will text or call you to come in when the previous guest has left and I have safely disinfected the area before you come in.
(If you arrive early feel free to text me and I will let you know when its safe to come in.)
-You must wear a mask at all times in the building and during your appointment.
-NO CHILDREN or FRIENDS are to come with you to your appointment and if they do they must wait outside.
-Must wash hands on arrival
-Please limit what you bring into the studio, only essentials, phone and wallet.
